KNEIPP

Kneipp therapy is a type of treatment based on the principles of Sebastian Kneipp, a German physician
and founder of the method. It is offered in spas and is designed to promote health and well-being through
the use of water and natural ingredients. The basic principles of Kneipp therapy include the alternation
between hot and cold water, hydrotherapy, walking in water, walking on earthen substrates, and the use
of herbal extracts and essential oils. Kneipp therapy is believed to enhance the body’s immune system, improve
blood circulation and cell renewal, enhance tissue circulation, facilitate fluid drainage, and positively
impact the management of anxiety and stress.
